As a former educator I have always had an interest in learning how the brain/body connection is linked to peak performance and optimal state of well-being. My journey through 35 years in education as a teacher, counsellor, administrator and leadership mentor, and 15 years in private practice as a learning coach, led me to the Zengar institute and the amazing discovery of NeurOptimal Neurofeedback. Based on the premise of the brain’s plasticity and its amazing ability to self-regulate, I embraced this new program as the foundation of my work with children, youth and adults. Optimum performance and wellness became my mission.

I am grateful for the opportunity to bring NeurOptimal Neurofeedback to the circle of dedicated, caring, continuously learning professionals who share one common goal: your optimal health and well-being and your enhanced ability to live your live to the fullest.
