I’m a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to be deeply heard – especially in a world that often rushes us past our own inner lives. I see the mind as a landscape, rich with paths we’ve travelled, places we’ve avoided, and quiet spaces we haven’t yet explored. I believe there is a part of each of us that longs to be met with understanding, to be welcomed without judgment or hurry. In therapy, we create a meeting place for that part, and for all the others that make up your inner world. Together, we explore at a pace that feels right for you, noticing what emerges and honouring each part’s place in your story.

My approach is humanistic and relational, putting you and your needs at the centre of our work. I integrate postmodern, psychodynamic, and emotion focused modalities – with others – to support you in building a life that’s with greater confidence, hope, and connection.

I work with many different issues, with particular experience in shame and self-criticism, body and food related concerns, chronic illness, and anxiety. My work is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and 2SLGBTQIA+ allied.
