What to Expect in a Reiki Session
A Reiki session takes place in a calm, comfortable setting. You’ll remain fully clothed, lying or sitting in a relaxed position. The practitioner will place their hands gently on or just above various points on your body, holding each position for several minutes while the energy flows.
You may experience a sense of warmth, tingling, gentle pulsing, or deep relaxation. Some people feel an emotional release, while others simply feel peaceful and recharged. Each session is unique, and the effects can continue to integrate in the hours or days afterward.
