Dr. Kaitlyn Zorn, ND

Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine

Location: Kitchener Cambridge

Dr. Kaitlyn Zorn, BSc (Hons), ND. brings compassionate, thorough, and evidence-informed naturopathic care to Sage Naturopathic Clinic in Kitchener and Cambridge, with a strong clinical focus in women’s health including perimenopause / menopause, fertility, PCOS, menstrual concerns, and PMS/PMDD. She also works with mental health (anxiety, depression, ADHD), burnout and digestive concerns. Her approach is rooted in the understanding that women’s health is never just one symptom, one hormone, or one stage of life; it is the relationship between sex/adrenal hormones, neurotransmitters, and other organ systems such as thyroid, and digestive health.

For women moving through perimenopause or menopause, Dr. Zorn helps make sense of changes such as hot flashes/night sweats, disrupted sleep, mood and cognitive changes, fatigue, weight gain, libido changes, joint discomfort, and the feeling of no longer recognizing how the body responds. For patients experiencing other women’s health concerns, low energy/burnout and digestive issues, she takes the time to look at patterns rather than treating concerns in isolation, helping patients better understand what different factors may be contributing to their symptoms.

With a strong academic background in Nutritional and Nutraceutical Sciences, clinical training in naturopathic medicine, and experience using nutrition, nutraceuticals, herbal medicine, acupuncture, lab interpretation, and individualized lifestyle strategies, Dr. Zorn offers care that is both effective and personalized. She is also trained in facial/cosmetic acupuncture, supporting patients who are interested in natural, restorative approaches to skin health, facial tension, circulation, relaxation, and whole-body wellness.

At Sage Naturopathic Clinic, Dr. Zorn supports women who are looking for more than quick answers; she offers a steady, whole-person approach for those who want to feel clearer, calmer, more balanced, more energized, and more confident in their health through every stage of hormonal, reproductive, emotional, and overall wellbeing.
