Sandra graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) in 2018 from Toronto Metropolitan University. As an RN, she developed valuable experience in chronic disease management and complex care. She later pursued her Master of Nursing (MN) at TMU and completed her MN in 2022. With this, she was able to hold various leadership positions such as an Advanced Practice Nurse and Clinical Nurse Educator.
She then obtained her Nurse Practitioner-PHC designation from McMaster University in 2024. While pursuing her education, she gained valuable experience in the primary care setting treating acute and chronic health concerns, in addition to men and women’s health issues. She is passionate about women’s health and primary healthcare. On her spare time, Sandra enjoys exercising and hiking with her Dachshund.
