Folate is often given with the IM injection. B12 is involved in red blood cell production, metabolic and neurological processes and as such can be given to help improve energy, mood and reduce neuropathies.

B6

B6 (pyridoxine) can be given IM (intramuscularly) or subcutaneously to promote metabolism and weight loss. It is typically given in combination with B12. This can work really well in conjunction with a dietary and exercise program.

Vitamin D

Statistics indicate that 60-70% of the Canadian population have insufficient Vitamin D levels.
