Sheri-Lynn comes to Sage Naturopathic Clinic with over 25 years in customer and office administration, mostly in the financial sector. She recently worked at a multi-disciplinary health clinic and loved working with patients to support their wellness needs.
She is passionate about fitness and has been a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor since 2017. She currently enjoys coaching the early morning classes at Orangetheory Fitness here in Cambridge.
Sheri-Lynn was born and raised in Cambridge and lives here with her husband, 2 children, and 2 grandchildren. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family, hitting the trails with her dog Naiya, and hanging out at the barn with her horse Dee!
