Dr. Sanam's Favourite Smoothie

Recipe:

  • 1.5 cups of almond milk
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 TBSP of almond butter
  • 1 pinch of ground coffee
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp of super food (amla, maca, ashwagandha, pine pollen, and others)

Instructions:

  • Blend until smooth.
