Recharge Your Cellular Health, Energy, and Cognitive Vitality
NAD+ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is a vital coenzyme present in every cell of your body. It plays an essential role in mitochondrial function, energy production, cellular repair, and healthy aging. As we age, natural NAD+ levels decline. NAD+ IV Therapy delivers this coenzyme directly into your bloodstream for 100% bioavailability, bypassing the digestive system to replenish your body at a cellular level.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why choose IV delivery over oral supplements?
Oral NAD+ precursors are heavily broken down during digestion and metabolized by the liver. Direct IV administration ensures 100% bioavailability, delivering intact molecules directly into systemic circulation.
Is this covered by insurance?
NAD IV Therapy is a private service and is not covered by OHIP. Treatments are administered by trained IV Technicians. Depending on your private health insurance plan, you may have a Healthcare Spending Account (HSA) or similar benefit that can be used toward all or part of the cost. We recommend checking directly with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage.
Are there contraindications?
INCLUDED BELOW. All patients undergo screening. Contraindications include the first trimester of pregnancy and patients under 16 years of age. Lab clearance is mandatory for all patients.
Are there any side effects or risks associated with NAD+ IV Therapy?
NAD+ IV Therapy is generally well tolerated when administered appropriately, although some people experience temporary symptoms during the infusion. The most commonly reported side effects include nausea, stomach cramping, diarrhea, headache, flushing or sweating, muscle tightness, increased heart rate, and chest or throat discomfort. These symptoms typically improve when the infusion rate is reduced or the infusion is completed.
As with any IV treatment, there are also potential risks associated with intravenous administration, including bruising, irritation or inflammation at the IV site, infection, bleeding, and vasovagal reactions.
Because research on NAD+ IV Therapy is still emerging, long-term safety has not been well established.
Who should not receive NAD+ IV Therapy?
NAD+ IV Therapy may not be appropriate for everyone. Treatment is generally avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in individuals with a known allergy to NAD+ or another component of the infusion. Additional medical assessment may be required for individuals with significant heart, kidney or liver disease, active cancer, acute illness or infection, or a previous serious reaction to IV therapy.
If you have a significant medical condition or are undergoing cancer treatment, please discuss NAD+ IV Therapy with your healthcare provider before treatment.
