    Are your Sinuses Bothering You? Here are some tips to help avoid sinusitis and to start breathing clearly! Use a humidifier. Don’t have one? Rest a washcloth (rung out with hot water) over your face for a few minutes to stimulate blood circulation, loosen mucus and relieve pain. Place pressure on the sides of your nose.
